Horse Assisted Education. 50 Teilnehmer aus 11 europäischen Ländern auf der EAHAE Jahreskonferenz.
Die erste Jahreskonferenz der European Association for Horse Assisted Education (EAHAE) fand vom 8.-9. Oktober in Erbach (Odenwald) mit 50 Teilnehmern aus 11 europäischen Ländern statt.
Auf der Tagesordnung standen 10 Beiträge zur Arbeit mit Pferden in Managementseminaren und zur Persönlichkeitsentwicklung. Referenten waren David Harris aus England, Bruno Sperl und Dr. Michael Benesch aus Österreich, Rolf Scheidegger und Valentin Frischknecht aus der Schweiz sowie Dr. Janet Nagel, Nastja Raabe, Michaela Schuhmacher, Susanne E. Schwaiger und als Gastgeber und Initiator Gerhard J. Krebs aus Deutschland.
Im praktischen Teil auf der Fenwick Farm im Odenwald wurden pferdegestütztes One-on-one-Coaching sowie Leadership- und Teamtübungen zur unternehmerischen Zielfindung und zur Überwindung von wirtschaftlichen Barrieren demonstriert.
Die Konferenz legte die nächsten Schritte zur Weiterentwicklung des Seminargeschäfts fest. Nach der nächsten Konferenz, die im Oktober 2006 noch einmal in Erbach stattfinden soll, wird die jährliche Veranstaltung nacheinander in den jeweiligen Ländern der EAHAE-Mitglieder durchgeführt werden. Die Veranstalter rechnen mit einem Zuwachs von mehr als 50 % im Laufe der nächsten 12 Monate.

The first annual conference of the European Association for Horse Assisted Education (EAHAE) was held on 8-9 October in Erbach (
Odenwald,
) with 50 participants from 11 European countries.
The agenda included 10 presentations on working with horses in management seminars and for personal development. The speakers included David Harris from , Bruno Sperl and Dr. Michael Benesch from , Rolf Scheidegger and Valentin Frischknecht from and from
Germany Dr.
Janet Nagel, Nastja Raabe, Michaela Schuhmacher, Susanne E. Schwaiger and the host and initiator Gerhard J. Krebs.
The practical section on Fenwick Farm in the Odenwald demonstrated horse-assisted one-on-one coaching plus leadership and team exercises for corporate objective setting and for overcoming commercial barriers.
The conference determined the next steps for the further development of the seminar business. After the next conference which will be held in October 2006, again in Erbach, the annual event will take place successively in the various countries of the EAHAE members. The event organisers are estimating a growth of more than 50% over the next 12 months.
